I came up with the following answers:

Not what I would call exact descriptions, but it seemed to have helped some. Now.. once and for all.. will someone give a more exact description of where to find this.

The area between Ascalon and the Abbey is pretty big and it is filled with nothing, but hills.

I've been to the waterfall near the rabbit, but nothing there either.

Where is it? Please, I'm going insane. It is the only quest I have not completed in Presearing

go out the abby gate
straight ahead is a collector, and a merchant
go to them
just before you get to them turn left and follow the hill with the farm fields on your left
come to small bandit camp
turn right and go upwards into the pass
the chest is near the top about half way through on your left
